The stand is made very well. The montage of the stand wasn't troublesome for me. If you need good stand for more keyboards it is for you (I have bought 4D version). But if the keyboards are high, you will probably be able to set only three for convenient use (like me).

Good for studio or live use
Anonymous 12.01.2016
I use this in a hobby home studio set up and for that it is perfect. Once the holders/arms are in place (it may take a few attempts to get them correctly set for your purposes) it's only a matter of tightening the thumb wheels to set the angles of the holders.
I chose to have different size holders as some of the units are small (TB-3) and that way I can angle them differently on one level.
Pros; very versatile for most set ups and can also be use on stage/live.
Cons; reconfiguring the levels/holders is very fiddly and you do have to take most of the rack apart so it is best to think ahead and plan your rack set up in advance with plenty of room.

I love this

It looks amazing especially in the silver (brushed alluminium). It is eye catching and incredibly flexible. You do need a tape measure to make sure that you set the support holders at the exact same height. I also had to make little marks on the horizontal poles to differentiate between left and right as when it is packed away and folded up it is not easy to differentiate between the four holders and positions. But getting the set up right is part of the fun and worth bearing in mind that you will lose a day getting the heights and angles right. I found that my top bar worked better mounted on the back uprights.
