The Jensen P12N is made in Italy and is not the poorer for that, as some snobs would say.
It sounds good 'out of the box' and when it has been run in for a while it develops nicely and 'opens out' well.
It has a good response, handles a lot of power and is a 'Loud' speaker, as it is very sensitive.
Not cheap but as with all of Thomann's products it is supplied at the best price possible.

BH
great for classic clean tones

I use this in a pine 1x12 cab with a Fender Princeton clone head. The speaker is absolutely great - plenty of power and headroom for the amp. It sounds very balanced, with crystal clear treble only Alnico speakers can give you. It's great for soul, funk, RnB, jazz, country, rock and roll. Also great for lap steel. Probably not the best fit for more contemporary aggressive styles, but if you are looking at it, those are probably not your thing anyway.
