Macht das Signal lauter, was besonders bei eher signalschwachen Mikrofonen wie dem SM7B Sinn macht. Ich höre keine große Färbung, Störgeräusche (Rauschen!) oder sonstige Sachen, die man nicht braucht. Färbt meiner Meinung nach auch nicht! Verarbeitung ist super, das Ding ist komplett aus Metall, fühlt sich sehr wertig an. Spannung bekommt das Gerät über Phantompower.
