I wanted a wooden stand for my practice room - wood looks and feels better, and, unlike a metal stand, doesn't scratch my bass when I accidentally knock it. The size is fine, and the extension is great. I like that the table is not too big, makes it easier to fit in the space.
As I wanted a permanent stand, I decided to glue the feet with PVA wood glue, as well as use the IKEA style fasteners. I think this will be a more sturdy construction than just relying on the screw fixing. Of course, you cannot remove the feet any more.
Happy wood lover here!

Walnut Wooden Music Stand
Anonymous 31.03.2015
I am very pleased with this music stand, the only reason I never gave it 5 stars, is because one foot is just a little bit wobbly, not quite even when standing. Other than that I am really very pleased with the purchase, it was a very reasonable price. It has a modern contemporary look and is a nice piece of furniture in the room.
I was absolutely delighted with the service from Musikhause Thomann, the item was very well packed and a very quick delivery service.
I will order from this Company again.

Fast ganz top!Almost perfect!

First, what I don't like: On the one hand, this is the material of the plug-in screws from Ikea cabinets. Be careful when assembling if you have to screw it out and in again. The material is rather soft and the screw then slips. On the other hand, there is the fact that the stand is not made of walnut, but is painted walnut color. It then becomes lighter at the edges. Oh well. I thought for that price it might as well be real walnut. Handling is good. The width of the music board is enough for two DIN A4 pages. If the piece of music spans three or more, the pages must be glued together. Fold-out supports would be very helpful here. Once the stand is at its destination, it naturally looks good. And that is his strongest and only argument. It cannot be assembled for transport. There are other models for this. Conclusion: For less money there are alternatives that can do more, but don't look as comfortable or valuable.

Pupitre bois excellente qualitéExcellent quality wooden lectern

Perfectly in line with the description, I've been looking for a beautiful wooden music stand for a long time, I'm really not disappointed... it's a beautiful object that you notice and that can stay in the living room with scores on it... much prettier than a metal music stand. I recommend it.
