K&M 17515 Guardian

I use this stand mostly in my studio so I could place 5 guitars on the stand at all times and access them as and when required. It can either hold acoustic, electrical or bass guitars. Does the job well as advertised.

Tried most multi guitar stands in the market, but all failed. I happened to browse through Thomann website and found this stand to be best based on the reviews. My actual requirement was 3 guitar stand but the price difference between models 17513 and 17515 was marginal hence I opted for 17515 and thats the best decision I made.

Pros:
- First and foremost, this stand is rock solid and very sturdy,
- The protective bars stop the guitars from rotating and prevent inadvertent removal or knocks or bumps when taking the guitars from the stand or placing them.
- The soft pads made of high quality thermoplastic elastomer have cushioning characteristics.
- The innovative folding mechanism used on this stand allows it to be carried easily and it can be left standing upright.
- Highly flexible, sub-divided support arms with integrated pick holders mean the guitar can be held from either side (right or left) and that the strings are untouched.
- Its structural design allows the stand to be positioned against a wall.
- The gracious spacing protects guitars from colliding and avoid dings. I can now leave tremolo / whammy bars on the guitars without any fear.
- Moreover this stand does not utilize a lot of space in my studio.

Cons:
- None so far.

Overall, very impressed with this product and would recommend all musicians who love their guitars / basses purchase this product without any hesitation. It's a great choice in multiple guitar stands.

A essential accessory is K&M Wheel Set for Guardian - Model # 17510 - which makes life easier if you wish to move the stand with guitars on it. I bought one along with the stand.

When I noticed that someone had brought a lot of guitars and basses to my apartment, I figured I needed to organize them in a more compact and pleasing way than the chaos of individual guitar stands littering my living room, making in practically impossible to make my way through the room without having to dance around all the stands.

K&M 17515 Guardian came to my rescue, and it now supports three electric guitars, one of my two electric bass guitars and an acoustic guitar. They're sitting there neatly and they're not in my way at all! Actually, they look rather nice when they're all organized like that and not all over the place!

Build quality is what you would expect from K&M. That is, the guitar stand is sturdy and the instruments are safe leaning on it. HOWEVER, you need to make sure that none of your instruments have nitrocellulose lacquer finish. That is pretty much the only thing you need to be careful about. If any of your guitars has been coated in nitrocellulose lacquer finish, you might want to get the translucent version of this stand instead.

In any case, I wholeheartedly recommend getting this stand if you own many instruments that you use regularly. It's so much nicer than having an individual stand for each and every instrument.
