I use it to hold an acoustic, 2 electrics and a bass in my home studio.
I haven't used it in a live situation, but it would be perfect for this too. It is simple to fold up. There are wheels which are sold separately (K&M Wheel Set for Guardian). These are a must-buy in my opinion. It makes moving the stand (for cleaning etc) painless.

PROS:
- Extremely stable
- Very solid build quality, seems like it will last forever.
- Compact footprint, and can fold it up for transport
- Quick and easy to add and remove guitars without knocking them against eachother
- It wont react with the finish of your guitars
- Integrated pick holder along the top

CONS:
- Bit on the expensive side, but this is the last stand you'll ever need.
- It would be nice if the wheels were included.

Exudes Quality & Functionality

I have now had this for 2 1/2 years and it has held up well, performed as well as I could hope, protected my instruments and displayed them nicely. I have found no others which worked as well. There has been risk of my instruments falling or being knocked over. Neither are they likely to touch or scratch one another. I have a collection of solid-body, semi-hollow and acoustic guitars with always at least three in the rack at a time.

I did opt for the wheels, which makes it that much more convenient to roll the guitars out, when I am playing with others, trying things out on more than one instrument at a time. Likewise, it simplifies rolling them out of harm's way, when grandchildren or others are at risk of damaging them.

This is very sturdy guitar stand, but it's very soft with the instrument. Seems like it will last forever. When unfolded there's no chance of accidentally folding it.
Manufacturer promises it won't leave traces on any kind of guitar finish, and we'll see about it - I've had one for a few months.
I'm very satisfied with it.

It is good

Design seem very well thought. I was surprised by the materials since everything that might touch your instrument is made of soft rubber, including dividers between instruments. Stand comes pre-assembled and only thing you have to do is unfold it in one simple move. Rubber parts doesn't smell at all. Frame is stable enough if you ask me. Sure it may wobble a little under weight or force applied but it is still seem very secure to me. I'm totally satisfied with this product.
