A
Gets the job done.
Anonymous 26.10.2014
I bought this as a small desktop keyboard for inserting simple synth lines into demo tracks and for that it does the job admirably. Obviously it takes a bit of getting used to as the keys are smaller, but it's surprisingly playable once you adjust. It's class-compliant so you don't need to install anything, just plug in and away you go.

The velocity sensitivity is a bit flaky I find - it does work, but it's tricky to control. The joystick is a novel alternative to the usual wheels - it has a small range of movement which means it's not as easy to use, but, as it can control two parameters at once you can do some cool effects with it that would be difficult to do with two wheels. The arpeggiator is a nice feature too.

The bundled software was a disappointment though. It's all severely stripped down versions basically, and not worth the needlessly complicated online process you have to go through to get it.

GP
Good portable MIDI Keyboard
Graziano P 04.05.2020
The Korg MicroKEY25 USB MIDI keyboard is a good "portable" tool due to its small size. It is USB powered and equipped with a joystick for modulation/pitch bend, a key to activate the arpeggiator (which is tempo-synced), a key for sustain, and of course the keys for changing octaves.
The keys are semi-balanced ("Natural Touch") and give a good feeling.
Compatible with Windows, Mac OS X (as well as iPad), I tested it with FL Studio without any problems.
Recommended, especially considering the price.

I
Just what I needed
Ill.y 12.06.2021
Exactly what I, personally, needed.
If youre a proffessional keyboard/piano player, it might not be just your thing, but for me, after having a 64 midi controller that I barely touched, this little thing suits me just fine.

keys are soft, the sustain control is very handy, and due to its small size it sits perfect on my desk and obviously very mobile.

it doesnt make any sound by itself so that cant be judged, So all in all, I feel like its the right tool to make me a better keyboard player

Best buy ever

I travel a lot for work, and this was bought as an on the road companion. We’ve been across the Atlantic a couple of times, and made music virtually anywhere you can think of. Fits in my backpack, works on USB 5V. Awesome!!
