Great alternative for quiet acoustic drum sounds

These are very good for an alternative sound from an acoustic kit. Not as flexible as regular wire brushes on a drum head. Somewhere between a brush and a rod, they definitely have their own character and texture. Work well on cymbals to produce a soft/mellow tone, in my opinion much better than regular brushes, because of wood to metal rather than metal to metal contact. These should be in a stick back at the ready.

Eine schöne Alternative zu Rot Rods. Klingt schärfer, heller, sehr dynamisch. Ich mag den Sound. Man es auch schön mischen. Eine normaler Hot-Rod rechts, der Bamboo-Brush Links für die Snare – probierts mal aus. Bisher hält es auch gut, noch nix abgebrochen.
