Poor product - badly made

Poor product 13.05.2024

I bought this product for the first time buying something musical online. The product is really poorly made, the skin/rim didn’t fit the drum, the drum skin kept crumpling no matter how you tried to resolve it and the screws on the drum kept coming loose. Really disappointed customer!!!!

It seems that this product contains a manufacturing error. The rim on the heads appears to be too big and the head allways allmost pops out when i try to tune the drum. I sent my drum back and they sent me a new one. The process was quick and smooth but i've got a new drum with the same issue. I would need to use some duct tape and enlarge the diameter of the shell in order for the head to stay centered and to not pop out. I hope it is going to work. If not, i am ending up with an useless drum which cannot be tuned. Seems that i've got what i paid for :(
