A master of deception

What makes the Millenium MPS-750X Pro E-Drum Set particularly special is that it not only looks like an acoustic drum set but also replicates the same authentic playing feel – a fact largely attributable to the drum sizes, which are approximately the same as those encountered in a standard Jazz kit, and to the double-layer mesh heads, which deliver an agreeable and realistic stick rebound. In addition to five drum pads, the Millenium MPS-750X Pro E-Drum Set comes with a hi-hat, crash pad, ride pad, and complete hardware package. The snare, tom, and crash pads each have two trigger zones, while the ride pad features a total of three. Nearly 700 sounds and 40 drum kits, of which 20 are freely programmable, ensure that users are guaranteed to find the right sounds.

Millenium MPS-750X PRO E-Drum Mesh Set

Electronic drums with acoustic looks

In contrast to the standard Millenium MPS-750X E-Drum Set, the model with the "Pro" suffix is aimed at drummers who are looking for a drum kit that combines the advantages of both acoustic and electronic drums. Users can compile their own personal drum kit favourites from the vast and eclectic array of sounds that this drum kit has to offer, which range from acoustic and electronic sounds through to unusual sound effects. Thanks to the Bluetooth interface, users can also play along wirelessly with their personal favourite songs from a smartphone. No acoustic drum set can deliver all of these features, and yet, visually speaking, the Millenium MPS-750X Pro is virtually indistinguishable from one.

The proverbial show stealer

There is no disputing that electronic drums are cool and, unlike acoustic drums, are not only perfect for practising quietly at home but also enable noise-reduced sessions in the rehearsal room. When it comes to live performances, acoustic drums tend to be at the forefront of many people's minds, largely because appearance plays an important role on the stage, and traditional drum kits are an automatic head-turner. With the Millenium MPS-750X Pro E-Drum Set, however, this role is effortlessly fulfilled, delivering a kit which perfectly combines the best of both worlds.

About Millenium

Millenium is one of Thomann's in-house brands and has been an integral part of the store’s range since 1995. More than 800 products – from drums and percussion through to accessories such as microphone stands, racks, and recording workstations – bear the Millenium label. These products are made by renowned companies who also manufacture products for other well-known brands. Since they are imported directly from the factory without any further distributors or sales companies, they can be sold at particularly attractive prices. Incidentally, one in every four Thomann customers has already purchased at least one Millenium product.

So much more than just a practice kit

An electronic drum set is the perfect option for anyone looking for ways to play the drums without disturbing the neighbours and everyone else around them, or to minimise volume levels in the rehearsal room during band practice. Thanks to features such as five wooden shells, two cymbal pads, and a hi-hat, which are all within the dimensions found on an acoustic drum set, the Millenium MPS-750X packs more of a punch on the stage than most other electronic drum sets, not to mention at an extremely affordable price. The range of available sounds is practically endless, and anyone who has ever played an acoustic drum kit will quickly feel at home with the authentic feel that the Millenium MPS-750X delivers.

Really great kit
Joe1999 17.09.2023
Was a little worried when I bought this as the price compared to other brands e kits of this size but I am very pleasantly surprised with this kit. The drum and cymbal sizes especially the cymbals is great for someone who has always played acoustic kits! It seems to trigger very well so far haven’t noticed much issues. The hit hat sometimes mistriggers but you get that with any e kit. The on board sounds aren’t great but decent enough just for practicing. But if you do what I do and trigger it with ez drummer or another plugin it’s amazing. Overall this kit blows anything in its price tag out of the water considering most e kits at this price don’t even have a hit hat on a proper stand.

dear god just get jobeky drums
Amine Diouri 11.08.2024
I'm switching to Jobeky, this kit keeps on fucking breaking down on me every 2 goddamn seconds, I would NEVER AT ALL recommend this kit to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Even after messing around with the modulfe for months, the sidestick sensors on the toms are better than the ones on the snare, and the sensitivity & dynamics on the cymbals is dogshit. I kept requesting replacements, and they always sent me one ; that's the only good thing about this company, it's the customer service. Please don't get this kit, its in your best favor.

Practice and Recording Kit
JensVer 14.03.2024
This E-drum is a great practice kit and recording kit for demo's.
I'm a guitarist and singer at first but i like to record my demo's. Rather than mapping the drums i like to play the thing, much easier and faster than putting up the mic's for an acoustic kit.
For the money you get what you buy but it's sturdy and does the job. (i'm not using the internal sounds i use addictive drums 2) With some iPad app's i'm also learning how to drum better.

So that's my two cents hope it helps.

If you want quality pay the extra

great considering how much Roland’s cost but it’s cheap for a reason.
Build quality absolutely brilliant but with the quality of the triggers in the pads it’s borderline un playable.
I mean I’ll give it more of a go but first impressions aren’t great for the most important part which is playing
