My use case is to have a pedalboard equally fit for playing at home or outside, without pulling cables out and plugging them back in.
The Mooer Audiofile comes last in my chain, after a Boss RC-3 looper, that combines the (mono) preamped and cabsimed guitar signal with the (stereo) backing track via aux in.
I'm using a EBS ICY-30 Y-Insert Flat Cable cable to connect the stereo-out of the looper to the stereo-in of the Audiofile.
The Audiofile drives the headphones nicely and doesn't get in the way when connecting to a real amp, so it does the job nicely.
Not a fan of lever switches (they feel flimsy in general, although they haven't failed as yet), I'd prefer slide switches.
Very much a fan of the metallic knob though, feels great.

Great product

It does the job, perfect for placing at the end of the pedalboard for playing with headphones. The only downside is only one cab simulator option so there is no much versatility with the sound. But overall I am happy with the product.

Simple but effective

A good solution for home practice. Can't say the cab sim feature adds much to my ears, but what do I know.

Very useful, small and solid. Bit dark sounding.

This does what it is supposed to do. Stereo is very luxurious to have. For the price, I'd have preferred to have some tonal flexibility. Even if it were just a two position toggle. It is a bit dark sounding when the cab sim is on, a lot of high end goes away. For single coil guitars it's perfectly manageable, for humbuckers it is probably a bit too dark. I use it with a small compressor and a N-UX tape core (stereo), powered by a Big Joe PB107. Perfect combination for travel.
