Ich setze die Stecker auch in Elektronik-Projekten für die Datenübertragung ein. Industriesteckverbinder derselben Schutzklasse sind entweder deutlich größer (und teurer) oder haben weniger Pole. Der Kabelquerschnitt kann auch weniger als 0,5mm² betragen. Die Lötverbindung ist bzgl. Beanspruchung unkritisch. Wie alle Neutrik-XLRs ist der Spannteil im Inneren robust und zuverlässig.
