A recommended upgrade
Muirgheasáin 05.04.2021
What a difference it makes to install these as an upgrade. The most obvious benefits are smoothness of operation, tuning stability and zero creaking noises every time the tuners are turned.

The snakewood and brass styling are pretty cool too ! So, these look great on my guitar and really do the job I hoped they would . .

But . . . as with any tuning machine upgrade, you should bear in mind that there is no guarantee that the screw holes on the Rubners will match those already on your guitar from your original tuning machines. In my case, the Rubners hid the original holes and I have absolutely no intention of taking these off !

Luxury tuners
Musicion 12.02.2018
I have not fitted these tuners yet, but they are beautiful, and the roller bearings should ensure silky smooth operation. My only real criticism would be the gold plating on the screw part of the mechanism...it is very poor and patchy, showing the silver steel underneath in places, but this is a fairly minor point...they would look better blued...the snake wood buttons and caps are gorgeous!
