Not likeable

The quality is all that you would expect from Seymour Duncan, excellent.

Not the same can be said for the sound. If you want everything good from a humbucker out, and a combine it with a dull sounding single coil this is the sound of this pickup. Maybe it works in the center if combined with hotrails pickups.

Neck "Humbucker"

I have use this pickup on a stratocaster in neck position. It feels like you have a humbucker on a semi hollow jazz guitar. It's a quick and unexpenssive upgrade of your guitar if you want to play jazz music.

It's a little weaker hot rails basically. Brighter and awesome. Perfect for neck AND middle position to beef up your guitar. Pairs well with high output humbuckers (so there is no volume difference).

F
Du simple au double
Franck92 26.12.2012
Humbucker manche format simple.
