If you need to really dampen the sound for your vocal work and you have a lot of free space, this booth is for you! This booth does really cut out all of the room reflections and outside noises and leaves you with a nice clean, matte sound.
I personally don't like the portable - vocal head booths because they are a bit too claustrophobic feeling. I had the free space so I went with the full-size booth. It is really spacious, I have a microphone and a small desk set up in the booth and even added a computer monitor where I can prompt the lyrics. My clients like that they have now their own private space where they can sing, it definitely shows in the vocal performances too - they feel more comfortable to fully express themselves.
Assembly is easy enough that it can be done alone!

This booth is not meant to save your neighbors from listening to you singing etc. Everything is still audible to the outside of the booth!
Some holes in the frame were slightly off, but not so bad that it would sabotage the assembly.

Overall a very bad experience with the service thomann gave me and the magnetic buttons on the booth are just falling off. They don?t sit. If I have had a better customer experience I would have given this booth more stars.

I have no regrets with this product. Working in a reasonably live environment, I've tried everything to get control of all the classic faults to sound recording.
Thick blankets over windows, on walls, sound deadening materials everywhere, booths you stick your head in, you name it, tried it.
This booth has from day 1 provided perfect results. Not one quality rejection.
I've mod'ed it with a screen in the booth, and attached an adaptor to hold the mic. Wireless mouse in my pocket allows control of the recording terminal when working solo.
The 'window' I dispensed with, and used the additional foam that comes with it.
The PiR Light is great quality.
Yes, it takes a little of brain power to assemble, but, I did it on my own with no problems. Everything fitted well.
I can well recommend this, and the price is reasonable considering the quality - not just of the product, but of your recording results!

Also erst mal vorne weg, die Kabine macht was sie soll, sie dämpft die Lautstärke und reduziert den Raumhall auf null, für ein trockenes Signal.
Aber es gibt leider grosse Mängel in der Fertigung.
Es mussten bestimmt mehr als die Hälfte aller Bohrungen nachgebohrt werden, um das Teil überhaupt fest verschrauben zu können. Wer so etwas nicht kann oder mag, dem sei hiermit davon abgeraten die Kabine zu kaufen. Wer diesen kleinen Aufwand nicht scheut, wird allerdings zum Ziele kommen. Ich hoffte, dass man nach erfolgter Endmontage die Kabine in drei grosse Teile zerlegen könnte um Platz zu sparen. Das geht leider nicht, die Konstruktion ist so gestaltet, dass man das Teil komplett zerlegen muss, wenn man es nicht dauerhaft in der Wohnung stehen haben will. Bei mir hat die Kabine dadurch einen dauerhaften Standplatz gefunden.
Was weiterhin störte ist die Tatsache, dass die mit Magneten anzubringenden Schaumstoffteile teilweise bis zu einen Zentimeter breite Lichtspalte zu dem Metallrahmen aufweisen. Diese habe ich mit Selbstklebefilzen abgedichtet und nun ist es gut.
Den Akustikvorhang am Eingang verstärkte ich noch mit einem grösseren weiteren Akustikvorhang welcher dann richtig umschliessend die Kabine abdichtet.
Nach diesem Aufwand und Mehrkosten von rund 350 € bin ich glücklich mit dem Teil.
Ich hätte lieber gleich etwas mehr Geld ausgegeben für eine qualitativ höherwertige Fertigung.
Die Konstruktion ist absolut stabil und mit einem knappen Quadratmeter Standfläche gross genug für entspanntes Einsingen.
Aber wie schon erwähnt, ohne Nachbearbeitung des Metallrahmens keine Chance zur Aufstellung.
Ich bestellte gleich noch das zusätzliche Material zur höheren Abdämmung mit, nächtliches Einsingen würde ich meinen Nachbarn aber trotzdem nicht zumuten.
Die Minderung des Geräuschpegels mit doppeltem Schaumstoffmaterial ist schon erheblich, aber in der Nacht, wenn alles hellhöriger ist, würde ich die Kabine dann doch nicht benutzen.
Ich hoffe damit denen, die sich mit einem Kaufgedanken tragen, das zu Bedenkende nahegebracht zu haben. Wie gesagt, ich bin jetzt happy, habe aber deutlich mehr ausgegeben als ursprünglich geplant und hatte richtig Arbeit bei der Montage, die aber machbar war.

So first of all, the cabin does what it's supposed to do, it dampens the volume and reduces the room reverberation to zero for a dry signal. But unfortunately there are major defects in the production. More than half of all the holes had to be re-drilled in order to be able to screw the part securely. If you can't or don't like something like that, we advise you not to buy the cabin. However, if you don't shy away from this small effort, you will achieve your goal. I hoped that after final assembly the cabin could be dismantled into three large parts to save space. Unfortunately, that's not possible, the design is such that you have to completely disassemble the part if you don't want it to stay in your home permanently. This means that the cabin has found a permanent place for me. What was also annoying was the fact that the foam parts to be attached with magnets sometimes had light gaps up to a centimeter wide in relation to the metal frame. I sealed these with self-adhesive felts and now it's good. I reinforced the acoustic curtain at the entrance with another larger acoustic curtain, which then properly seals the cabin. After this effort and additional costs of around €350, I am happy with the part. I would have preferred to spend a little more money on higher quality production. The construction is absolutely stable and, with just under one square meter of floor space, is large enough for relaxed singing. But as already mentioned, there is no chance of installation without reworking the metal frame. I also ordered the additional material for greater insulation, but I still wouldn't expect my neighbors to sing in at night. The reduction in noise level with double foam material is significant, but at night, when everything is louder, I wouldn't use the cabin. I hope that I have given those who are thinking about buying something to consider. As I said, I'm happy now, but I spent significantly more than originally planned and had a lot of work installing it, but it was doable. You just have to know beforehand what you're getting into so that you don't get shocked that a lot of things don't fit.
