Although I saw several reviews pointing out bad user experience with a gooseneck, I didn't have that problem. It does take some time to put it in the right position, as with any other pop filter I have used so far. This product is built solid, and it is capable of doing the job just fine.
I must mention one thing though:
Whenever I tried to sing really close to the filter (5 cm/2 in and less from the grill), I've heard strange distorsion-like artifacts on sibilant sounds.
To be honest, this is my first metal pop filter, so I am not sure if this is happening with all of them or just with this one.
Other than that I'm really satisfied with this product.
