I use a tone vice D Tuner as the EVH does not fit some FR Trem systems.
The Tone Vice one kind of works opposite to the EVH as in fine tuning can only be used in the drop position not the standard tuning. This means any tuning in standard involves unlocking of the Nut key to adjust. After fitting the keyless locking nut from Tone Vice this is a simple adjustment with no fiddly hex keys and inconvenience when tuning.
The bonus for me is the fact that you also have a spring between the clamp and the nut itself which lifts the clamp when slackened enabling string change to be quick and unhindered.
It is not too often that you come across a genuinely original innovative idea that is simple and very well executed.
Note for Thomann: It would be nice to see other Tone Vice products available trough your excellent store.

Speeds Up Setting Up and Retuning
paniccoffee 09.01.2021
Pros:
+ Once installed, it speeds up the process of setting up and retuning either after string wear or installing new ones. You won't have a use any wrenches for the nut anymore.
Cons:
+ Instructions aren't very clear and no visual imagery on installation procedure

Nice addition to a Floyd Rose-equipped guitar, with one downside.
Hahahans 29.04.2022
This makes it very easy to tune beyond what the fine tuners let you, and they're easy to install. The only downside is that they're fairly tall so that your guitar might not fit in the case anymore (unless one of the sides of the case are pushing against the neck)
