The easy way to wireless transmission

The XVive U3 Microphone Wireless Transmitter allows any type of analogue signal to be wirelessly transmitted via an XLR connection as part of an XVive U3 Microphone Wireless System, which provides singers and presenters with ample freedom of movement on stage without the constraints of cables. The U3 transmitter is designed for use with dynamic microphones that are operated without phantom power and does not require batteries to be replaced thanks to the integrated rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The XVive U3 Microphone Wireless Transmitter operates in the ISM 2.4GHz frequency band, which is available worldwide, making this ultra-compact transmitter and the matching XVive wireless system the perfect companions for musicians who want to go on tour.

Puristic and easy to use

The XVive U3 Microphone Wireless Transmitter is particularly easy to use thanks to its puristic design that comprises only a few control elements. Alongside an on/off power switch, users are also provided with the option of changing the input level from MIC to LINE, which means that the transmitter's input level is lowered by -10dB so as to ensure the equally effective processing of louder signals. The round knob directly below the two switches allows the selection of one of the six radio channels for wireless transmission, and the LED lights provide information about the status of the internal battery, which can be charged via the USB port on the right-hand side using the USB cable that is included in the scope of delivery. The U3 transmitter's XLR input jack additionally features a spring and a lock, which ensure a secure connection for a reliable signal transmission.

About XVive Audio

Xvive Audio officially entered the market in 2012 with its compact U2 wireless guitar system. Since then, the company has also been involved in the development of wireless microphone technology. Its catalogue also includes effects pedals, such as the Signature Series, which were developed in partnership with guitarist Thomas Blug. The products are designed by an American team, based in Pasadena, California, which is composed of musicians and engineers and draws on decades of professional experience. Its lead designer, Howard Davies, was previously employed at Electro Harmonix and Pigtronix, among others. Xvive Audio's goal is to create products that deliver exceptional sound and build quality, while remaining affordable for any musician.

Versatile application options

XVive U3 Microphone Wireless Transmitter provides a signal range of up to 27 metres, which is sufficient to cover an entire stage and a part of the audience, and its low latency of less than 5ms ensures perfect monitoring conditions for every musician and singer. The range of applications is not limited to dynamic microphones: The versatile U3 transmitter allows the input level to be switched from mic to line level, and is therefore also perfectly suitable for use with DJ and PA systems. For example, users can choose to wirelessly transmit a mono signal to a loudspeaker or even a stereo signal from an entire mixing console to a loudspeaker system with the help of two XVive U3 transmitters. Those who are looking for a wireless transmitter for condenser microphones should also take a closer look at the XVive U3C Microphone Wireless System.
