HV
Value for money - excellent features
Howard V 20.02.2025
This is a great bit of kit for the (not very much) money. The extra features (bluetooth, h/phone out, aux in) are all very useful and work well. Worth noting that similarly priced competitors mostly lack these handy extras. It also looks pretty cool - not too cheap looking, nice satin black finish, pretty lights and actually fits inside my (Thomann E-Bass Gigbag Elite) carry case. You could use this simply as a speaker for your phone - it sounds fine - and Bluetooth connects easily. The sound-shaping controls are perfectly functional too - especially if you prefer an over-driven bass sound. Regarding sound quality - specifically clarity - all good apart from very low frequencies which do become distorted. You can fiddle about with settings to get something pretty crisp and pleasant, but only on three out of your four strings. The fat E string is tricky. You'll have some distortion on at anything above very quiet levels in that low end. But come on - it's battery powered with a tiny speaker - for 30 quid! The low-frequency distortion seems only due to the speaker - not the electrics - as through headphones, all frequencies are happy. There are no buzzes. The controls feel solid and the amp is surprisingly loud - easily enough to accompany acoustic instruments and light percussion. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this fun little amp - ideal practice amp on the go, take it on a picnic down the park for an acoustic jam. Keep your expectations reasonable - it is what it is - versatile, useful, limited - great value.

Lo compre para mi hijo y lo utiliza en su habitación. La ventaja es que por medio del Bluetooth toca canciones por encima.
Buena compra para lo que es

poor sound quality
Mike42 26.07.2023
There was lots of hum when the amp was connected to my bass. Sound was distorted. didn't bother trying the bluetooth as the sound was so poor.

(Not a problem when the same lead and bass was plugged into a similar amp.)
