This case looks vintage, good and fits my precision like a dream. It may be a little big inside so the bass will move a little up and down. In other words, not a tight fit. Still, I wanted a good-looking case which was not too big. I think this i a great case, and as far as i can see, the fact that it’s not a tight fit, does nor affect the bass while travellibg. You can feel safe by chosing this case, unless the airport you accudently chose was just the worst, and as we do know, they do excist. Let’s hope you’ll avoid those.

In other words, choose this case, and you’ll have a good-looking piece of beautiful just standing there, waiting to be open up, and the beuatiful bass, that’s just waiting for you. Enjoy!

Classic case but quite heavy

Excellent build quality. Perfect fit for my Highway One Jazz bass. Only down side is the weight, but that's what you get when you go for a "classic" case :o)

La compré para guardar mi "Squier classic vibe precision bass 51s" tipo "vintage" para que fuera a juego. No esperaba gran cosa y para el precio que tiene está bien. La terminación podría mejorarse. Al cerrar no encajan perfectamente los cierres en las cerraduras y hay que moverlos un poco, pero nada importante. Cuando la recibí, al abrirla por primera vez, tardé mucho tiempo en averiguar cómo y cuando después de muchos intentos ya pensaba que se trataba de una unidad defectuosa di con la forma de abrirla: desplazando hacia un lateral las cerraduras. Deberían incluir un pequeño cartelito indicando como hacerlo, los clientes un poco torpes como yo, se ahorrarían pasar un mal rato. Al abrirla me di cuenta de que tenía un par de pequeñas muescas o desconchones en la tapa donde se ha desprendido el material negro de la cobertura. Estoy seguro de que vino así de fabrica y que no fueron hechas por mi, ya que en ningún momento utilicé herramienta alguna. Son pequeñas y si no te fijas, apenas se ven, pero no me gustó ese detalle, típico de un artículo de segunda mano. Por lo demás, lo dicho, cumple mis expectativas (que no eran muchas).
