JM
Another epic Fender product for a very very affordable price
John Mansion 20.03.2021
POSITIVE:
- great build, it really feels like a solid build
- sound is very good
- the infinite amount of presents is very inspiring, flicking through the presets makes me want to learn songs i'd wouldn't have thought of learning in the first place. so thats really cool.
- fender tone app unlocks even more presets! (although Fender Tone also has one negative point, see below!)
- the amp lives in my living room, and has taken over the role of our official living room speaker, the EQ is perfect for listening pleasure or to simply have background dinner music for example.

NEGATIVE:
- on Fender Tone you can search for tones, for example if you're learning a Hendrix song, you can find tones that other users have recreated, shared and uploaded, unfortunately, for the LT25, you cannot download these. That really unfortunate to me, because if I knew this I confidently would've paid a little more to be able to use this feature. I believe you need a more expensive model (sorry I don't know which one exactly, maybe the GT40? )

CONCLUSION
Amazing beginner and practice amp, with all of the presets available it will be very inspiring and a lot of fun to mess around with. Highly recommend.
- no bluetooth! this was no surprise to me as I had done my research, but afterwards I realise it would've been pretty great extra.

J
Great for jamming with variation.
Jurrian 07.04.2024
This is pretty good for jamming with a lot of different sounds.

It, however, isn't of high quality. The build quality is fine, but the speakers frankly sound pretty bad and bassy. On top of that it uses the outdated micro usb to connect to PC for additional presets and audio out (for recording).

I wouldn't use this thing for recording though. Since it creates the different tones digitally, you might as well just use VST effects in your DAW instead. That will give you way more options, control and flexibility.

LP
Great sounding, lightweight modeling amplifier
Lucius P-D 27.09.2021
I bought this as a present for my brother as he was getting his bachelors degree and it was his birthday. Needless to say he was very happy and psyched to try out his new little practice amp! The tones are great and it's simplistic menu offers a easy way to scroll through the many good sounding built-in presets. All-in-all a great little practice amp with some nice Fender cleans & crunch!

U
Pretty impressed!
Usky 02.02.2024
I was looking for a practice amp for domestic use and although the technology behind this Mustang is not exactly up to date I was reasonably impressed with the various features compared with other amplifiers in the same price bracket... that was until I actually received my new toy and spent time playing with it, now I'm rather more than reasonably impressed.

The Pros

This amp offers enough variety for those people who are content to settle with the pre installed sound settings, however delving into the settings allows the user to take full control over the sound produced; just a small amount of tweaking improves many of the presets. It's so easy to set the amp up to get exactly the right sound I've found myself adding to the presets and with 30 empty slots there's plenty of room for experimentation.

Forget the presets and 'tune' the amp using the gain/tone controls, it's really not bad at all especially if you choose the right combination of amp/speaker model!

The Cons

Okay I can't imaging any serious guitarist wanting to use some of Fender's preset sounds, but thank fully they're easily deleted and can be replaced by more practical settings.

The USB socket was outdated when this amp first appeared on the market; why didn't Fender do something about that?

Overall I'd recommend the Mustang LT25 to anyone on a limited budget or beginner guitarists for home use.
