Simply for me it does not do the job. I used if for a while, then I tried to "adapt" it (by adding some screws...); it helped, but on the end I bought something better.
To have a good shoulder rest, you need to pay the price and/or go through trial and errors. I tried several (from cheap Internet online company) and I got something cheap that fits my needs.
In any case be aware it depend much on the way you hold the violin vs. your physical characteristics. So I may not be completely correct in my appreciation.

Occasionally pops off the violin.

For a cheap shoulder rest it's not bad and definitely a step up from a cushion on an elastic band or one of them old fashioned upholstered metal ones whose rubber feet fall off all the time. Unfortunately the plastic is a bit too bendy for the design and the metal bolts that attach the feet too thin, so it pops off my violin occasionally. I've had worse, but next time will spend £5 or so extra in the hope of something better.

Fall off, again and again

Bought this as I needed a Shoulder rest when I bought an electric violin and wanted to have one shoulder rest in each case.
However, this shoulder rest is not a shoulder rest I would recommend. It has two, for me, big flaws:
First: The feet are screwed straight into plastic and jiggle as soon as you touch them which keep it falling of the violin constantly. Every time I pick the violin from the hanger the shoulder rest falls off. Which for me is unacceptable due to the need of fast switching between instruments I end up having to play without shoulder rest (sometimes I haven't got the time to pick up and mount the shoulder rest again)
Second: Since the feet are screwed straight into the plastic there is no flexibility so it takes a lot more room in the violin case.
I ended up buying a Resonans shoulder rest from Thomann in next order and put this as a spare one.

Worth the price

If you're on a low budget or simply looking for a cheap shoulder rest, this is a good option, I find it surprisingly confortable. On the other hand, if you're looking for something that will last, i would stay away from it, the feet are screwed straight into the plastic and even thought it hasn't happened yet, it doesn't feel very stable and within time it might start falling off the violin. I was't really expecting it to be better considering the price I've paid for it.
