it said it could fit 6.3mm cable in, but it didnt fit "the sssnake SIK 175 BK" cable which was 6.3mm cable, so I had to cut it thinner with knife manually.

J'ai acheté ça en urgence pour réparer un câble de bonne qualité mais qui avait les soudures de ses jacks endommagées n'ayant pas de fer à soudé. Le montage semble surprenant mais ça fonctionne. Après je pense que c'est mieux sur un câble court (pour faire des montages sur mesure) et non pour relier à l'instrument en raison des mouvements qui me ferait peur de fragiliser ce montage.
L'idéal pour réparer sans fer à souder en urgence...

Bedingte Empfehlung für den hochwertigen Stecker

Erst einmal zur Funktion: Man steckt das Kabel, ohne es vorher abzuisolieren, in den Stecker, bis ein Dorn in den inneren Leiter sticht. Nun wird die vergoldete Schraube von außen durch das Gehäuse des Steckers und durch den Mantel des Kabels in den außeren Leiter geschraubt. Fertig. Die Stecker sind durchaus hochwertig.

Problem nur: wirklich gut passt nur das Planet Waves-Kabel. Ich habs mit dem Sommer Spirit XL versucht. Funktioniert auch, allerdings muss man das Kabel ordentlich quälen, um es in den Stecker zu bekommen.
