As I decided to buy a Squire Vintage Classic Vibe Stratocaster the sound was great. A pure singlecoil Strat sound. Feeling comfortable with Hard Rock and Heavy Metal the idea was born to have another bridge pickup. DiMarzio have the feature to sound very natural, to transport the original sound of the instrument without colouring the sound. DiMarzio Pickups have a very understandful and well described guidance of how to install. Compared to - for example - Seymour Duncans, which are uncomfortable to install as they have only some rubber to put on they have everything you need to locate them directly without losing its position. Once installed they have a great brilliant tone, making the stratocaster rock its way. You should be aware that the Super Distortion set is louder than the original and think about of how to combine them properly.

Got this thing put in my strat with a coil tap enabled. Really great for distorted and fuzzy sounds but also more clarity on the clean that I expected. All in all a good pickup!

i think i just blew the doors off the rehearsal room. all jokes aside, a solid pickup a lovely wide powerful tone across all strings, easy install and paperwork straight forward.

J'ai opté pour ce micros chevalet car je possède une Fender stratocaster Reissue 50's et le soucis c'est qu'avec je joue du blues du rock et du métal, le micros d'origine était top mais manquait sèrieusement de gain, détestant jouer avec un noise gate, j'étais a la recherche d'un mike avec un niveau de sortie raisonnable me permettant de passer d'un style a l'autre, sans pour autant, et j'y tiens, dénaturer le son de ma strat.
Malgré son nom il n'excelle pas seulement en distortion et est extrêmenent versatile, Pour le clean à lampe c'est une tuerie car il ajoute juste ce qu'il faut de présence pour rehausser vos rythmiques ou vos lead, c'est cristallin, fenderien et plein de corps.
Pour les crunchs, c'est le son que je préfère par rapport a toutes mes autres grattes, du blues au rock texan, il est extrêmement précis et ajoute une couleur terrible a votre jeu.
Pour les distos, il encaisse absolument tout, c'est un peu léger pour du death métal, mais il a sa place dans tous les autres styles, je suis adepte du gros son 80's, je mets ma strat 50's dans mon 5150 et bonjour Eddie...
Le top du top chez Di Marzio pour du simple format double.
