I would say it's a kind of plastic wah mute without stem. It sounds louder than ordinary harmon mute and much more softer.

Interessanter Spezialdämpfer

klingt ähnlich wie ein Harmondämpfer mit Einsatz, jedoch nicht ganz so eng und scharf. Eigentlich tatsächlich wie ein Megaphone.
Intonation und Ansprache ist ganz ok. Man muss mit ihm arbeiten, wie mit allen Dämpfern.
Interessant für Solistische Einsätze in Bands usw.
Im Trompetensatz eher nicht geeignet, außer alle spielen ihn.
