Q
An amazing value
QuickNoodles 01.11.2019
I've been debating for months now on which bass to get. I primarily play in my bedroom, recording my own stuff. But I did want a bass that I can confidently bring on stage with me. So after looking at multiple offerings I settled on this.

This bass looks amazing, it really has that vintage feel to it. I was amazed by the build quality and setup out of the box, screws are all put in properly not at an angle, the tuners, pickups and the bridge all feel nice and solid, everything just feels properly put together.

The action from is nice and low (although this is up to personal preference), the intonation is spot on, the fret board is pretty although not as dark as normal rosewood. Neck feels amazing, it has a beautiful vintage tint, it is not satin which I love (actually none of my guitars have a sating neck). Frets are nice and shiny so no polishing required. I really see no reason to take this to my local guitar shop for a set-up.

Sound wise, you have to really try it in person, and it depends tremendously on the amp you use. The tone/volume knobs to my surprise actually have a nice linear control, no sudden changes.

Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and Thomann service was great as usual. If you like the look of this bass I would definitely recommend it!

I needed a bass guitar mostly for recording it over my guitar riffs, so i'm not a bass guitar player and can't say a lot about the instrument from this point of view. Anyway I play guitar(s) for a while and here's what I can say: it has really nice, soft sound and it's pleasure to play it, the build quality is awesome. Pickups take sound nicely and adjusting volume and tones helps to reach different sounds. I'm pretty happy with the guitar I definitely can recommend it

Jk
AWESOME really all you could ever need from a bass
Jake king 06.05.2021
Seriously, amazed at how impressive this bass is for the price. anyone ive ever showed or let play it is also of a similar opinion. im sure it mightn't be as good as a bass costing 2000+ plus but jesus it'd give it a run for its money.
