A pleasant suprise

When I first saw the price for these strings I had my doubts about the quality, but after playing them for one season I must say I am really impressed. Similar Anti rust strings usually cost a lot more and if you have to change them on regular basis that can be quite expensive for a working musician. I play 100-150 gigs a year and costs for the strings can be quite big. With these you get the quality and a superb tone at a resonable price. I must mention one thing - these strings do not sound bright as some others - and that suits me just fine. After using a lot of different brand strings over the years I was always searching for that quality/price ratio that would give me the sound that I need at a resonable price - and Harley Benton strings have met all my expectations. Each string in the package is protected by nylon foil and the package it self is nice and sturdy. These will not break if you do a lot of string bending like I do and they will stay fresh for weeks and months after mounting them on your guitar. Highly recommended for everyone who wants a budget strings at a great price. Play on!

As always so cheap it's insane

As with all HB products these are priced way below their quality point! In a world where strings are more and more expensive finding workable, quality at a reasonable price is hard to say the least. Harley Benton products across the board punch way above their weight. As with everything they may not compete with the best out there but pound for pound they are simple in a class of their own. I have several guitars and will be buying more this year.

You don't always get what you paid for

Freaking great for the price, very clear sounding even after a while, I almost never change the strings in my acoustic so i know how strings rust and these are holding up (bare in mind I play them every day and that I have quite a sweaty palm). they hold the tuning sound clear to the ear and through my guitars cheap piezo pickup and they last at least twice as much as the none coated ones, and face it for 4,90 you wont find nothing half as good as these, this is thomans home brand you know it's gonna be good

Excellent

I can't get over how good these strings sound. I bought them because they were cheap and I was adjsuting my truss rod and going a complete guitar set up, so I was not worried if the strings didn't last long.
The strings work really well with a 27 year old Takemine guitar. Maybe it's just the combination of the two, but the sound is great.
My only gripe, is the cost of postage. if you are not order anything else, then 15 Euro for postage is steep.
